Trident Pension Trustees Limited provides an independent trustee service to group pension schemes. Our clients range in size from small up to a group scheme with just under 1,000 lives.
In all cases, the registered administrators of the schemes where we act as trustee are well-established and reputable providers. In all cases, there is a scheme advisor appointed who can provide the relevant parties with advice when required.
With our experience, we actively contribute to the success of the schemes where we act as trustee, working constructively with each registered administrator and scheme advisor. We work as part of a team.
We are happy to be appointed as sole trustee or as a corporate trustee sitting alongside other trustees.
Employer representatives and, if appropriate, member representatives may attend trustee meetings. In some cases, individuals who may have formerly acted as trustee now form a pensions committee, allowing them to participate in the operation of the scheme without the increased regulatory burden and responsibility of acting as a trustee.
Feedback from those with a direct interest in the scheme is valuable to our role as trustee and can contribute significantly to the future development of the scheme.
